The Atelier Module II is a course dedicated to the process of hand-printing on fabric — the second module of the Atelier Series.
Participants will learn how to print manually using the linoleum stamps created during the previous course and special fabric inks, on a textile item of their choice: a set of two napkins, a kitchen towel, or a tote bag. They can use either the stamps made during the first module of the Atelier or stamps provided from the Month of Sundays portfolio.

What will you learn?
The Module II workshop is dedicated to the process of hand-printing on fabric — the second module of the Atelier Series.
Participants will learn how to print manually using the linoleum stamps created during the previous course, with a selection of profesional fabric inks, on a textile item of their choice. We will discuss modern linoprinting, inks, color combinations, and other useful concepts involved in the manual printing process.
Step by step lino printing
We will provide the textile suport for your printing of your choosing: set of two napkins, a kitchen towel, or a tote bag. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own textile items to print on.
Professional inks and materials
We will be using professional fabric inks, certified ACMI AP and non toxic.
At the end of the workshop, participants will take home their printed textile, along with information about the best local sources for materials suitable for hand-printing on fabric.
Who can participate?
The workshop lasts approximately two hours and is suitable for adults, beginner to intermediate level, and all textile materials are included in the participation fee.
