More details
We will explore modern linocut techniques, color, repetition and rhythm, positive and negative space, and other useful concepts for creating a 10×10 cm repeat pattern. At the end of the workshop, participants will take home their printed object along with the linocut block, so they can continue developing their own series of prints, as well as information about the best sources for materials available on the market for manual printing.
And last but not least, each participant will take home their own linocut kit, a complete set of chisels, a linocut plate, and an inking tray. The workshop lasts approximately 3 hours and is suitable for adult beginners.
